Our primary purpose in gathering information is for statistical purposes only and where you volunteer personal details in order to register a comment, to provide accurate feedback to our partners on who has taken part in their consultation. Your name and geographical location in relation to a development site is an important part of ensuring the validity of responses.

We protect your data by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable UK law.
PCS may store your information in its respondent database, for reference.

The information may be retained and used by PCS for a reasonable period, reflecting our need to answer queries or resolve problems, and to satisfy any data retention requirements of the law. This means we may retain information after a consultation has concluded.
